Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director, Events is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of all association events. This role involves delivering high-quality, engaging, and impactful events that align with the association's objectives and enhance member engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Policy and serving as an integral member of the management team, the VP, Safety & Technology Policy will be responsible for managing and overseeing the safety and technology policy portfolio and staff at Auto Innovators. The VP, Safety and Technology Policy will drive the development and implementation of Auto Innovators’ policy positions and priorities on vehicle safety and technology matters, including: crashworthiness and crash avoidance technologies, autonomous vehicles technology, vehicle safety recalls, telecommunications, cybersecurity, privacy, intellectual property and artificial intelligence. This role will also represent Auto Innovators before Federal and State regulatory agencies and help coordinate the industry’s response to Federal and State motor vehicle safety and technology policy initiatives. The goal is to advance the Association’s position with relevant constituents, as well as to drive broader awareness and member support for the Association.
